About the occupants
My name is Jack, I've been living in this home for 10 years now. It's a mostly quiet and easily maintainable house. I work a part time job in Waurn Ponds 5 days a week and spend most my downtime in my studio/office. I listen to music, play instruments and game so there can be some noise from time to time, but I put as much effort as I can to keeping the noise down and to regular hours. I have a pet cat who hasn't been an issue for the last two other tenants, but she won't respond well to another animal being brought into the house.
Compatible people
Im looking for someone who is responsible and has steady work. Someone who will contribute to common household chores. Im looking for someone who's after long term tenancy preferrably.
Plenty of communication and considerate.
Description of pets
My cats name is Pearl, she is a smaller cat about 5 years old but not much larger than a 6 month of kitten. She can wander through into rooms if doors are left open so as long as your bedroom door and the front/back doors are kept closed there should be little to no issue and tends to keep to herself
