We currently have two rooms available and are looking for 1-2 new housemates. Couples are welcome! If we fill both rooms, the rent will be around $610 per month per room. If only one room is taken, the rent will be higher (we’re open to discussing this), but you’d enjoy your own bathroom and almost the entire bottom floor to yourself.
Both rooms are located on the ground floor at the front of the house. Bedroom 1 has a built in robe, bedroom 2 is a larger as it is a converted lounge room - it has a fireplace and a free standing clothes rack rather than a built in robe. Both rooms are available October 1st.

Chloe works full-time in hospitality with a flexible schedule. She’s a travel enthusiast and enjoys hiking, pottery, and reading when she’s not working.
Given our busy schedules and the spaciousness of the house, you might not see us around all the time, depending on your own routine.
We don’t smoke or have any pets and prefer a quiet home atmosphere, though we do like to have friends and family over every now and then.
