Description of the home
The house is new and spacious, fully furnished apart from the bedrooms which are empty. Both bedrooms have large built in wardrobes, lots of natural light and ceiling fans. We are walking distance to Pakington street and Shannon avenue where there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and gyms. We also have a beautiful little backyard with a large studio/bungalow to share that I use as a workshop/art space.
