About the property:
Our place is located on the 6th floor of the G1 Apartment building in central Geelong and offers some pretty amazing views. We are extremely well located, almost across the street from the hospital, and only a 5-minute walk from the CBD. The apartment is split over 3 levels (the top is a private rooftop deck) and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is plenty of space across two separate living areas. The apartment is set up with all the essential day-to-day appliances (fridge, washing machine, microwave, TV, cookware and crockery). The vacant bedroom will be unfurnished. The building has secure underground car parking and a storage cage.

Nikhil: Nikhil works in business in the Geelong CBD. His family lives in Mumbai, India, and he travels back often to spend time with them. He enjoys socialising, playing board games, exercising, and watching movies/TV shows.
Both of us are sociable, tidy, fairly quiet people who enjoy sharing a meal and going to the gym together.
Not essential, but we would prefer a new roommate who has had previous positive experiences living in a sharehouse
