There are two rooms available one has air conditioning $300 per week, the other is same size but has a balcony to walk onto but no air conditioning $270, there is a driveway to park your car, we are at the end of a circuit so there is no through traffic, it's an old house but it's very big, the house is filled with plants, incense and the odd salt lamp or two, it's a quiet and nice neighbourhood, big walking track near by aswell, a couple minute drive to Griffith uni aswell, close to tram station and shops
