SHORT TERM ROOM FOR RENT - ASHMORE
Dates: ASAP MARCH 2025 - MID JULY 2025 $275 per week - which covers the rent, bills and internet included
Or $300 per week - which covers the rent, bills, internet and room furnished.

Room Includes;
- Queen Bed
- Chester Draws
- Bed Side Draw
- Own private bathroom which is a shared laundry room (accessible to guest).
2 weeks in advance for the room is what we asked for, which would include $1,100 if you were to go with the room unfurnished or $1,200 if you choose to have the room furnished. Than your weekly Rent will continue after your 2 week period.

This will be apart of your bond. You will have access to all living areas and facilities within the house. Parking is available on the street if you have a vehicle.
Prefer someone who works F/T MONDAY to FRIDAY and is also reliable with rent and that can clean up after themselves.
This is a shared duplex with the owners living up stairs and you will be living down stairs with us.

Bond will be as listed in Home Description;
$1200 - Will cover first 2 weeks of rent. After your first fortnite with us, you will then be paying $300 Per week.
If you'd like the room Unfurnished,
$1,100 - Will cover first 2 weeks of rent. After your first fortnite with us, you will then be paying $275.
