The apartment is on the top floor with Water views, secure building, beautiful place, Coles is 2 Min drive from the place, 12 min drive to the beach 🏖️ friendly neighbours with families. We have swimming pool in the buidling and BBQ area for you to use. You will have your own room and bathroom. The house is fully furnished and you are welcome to use it. Kitchen is fully equiped, big fridge, brand new facilities, new dryer machine etc. All the bills including Netflix are included in your rent. I have a brand new matrass Queen size if you need. You will have 1 undercover car spot. Street parking is also available.
