My home is located in leafy Burleigh Heads, a 2-minute walk to Stocklands Shopping Centre, a 15-minute walk to the popular James Street, and world-renowned surfing location Burleigh Beach.
The house is located opposite Koala Park which is part of Burleigh National Park. There is a vast array of Australian wildlife including Koalas!

I have a friendly, older dog, work full-time, and am looking for a quiet, working, and/or Studying adult.
This is a quiet home, with no parties. I am an easygoing, mature-aged woman and looking for the same nature in a flatmate.
I have 2 grown-up daughters that come to visit sometimes.
