Hi There,

My name is Scott, and we are looking for a friendly, respectful, and a tidy housemate to share this fantastic four-bedroom home with three other housemates(including myself)

This house is in a quiet street, right on the side of a beautiful freshwater lake suitable for swimming in as it is not a part of the canal system.

If the freshwater lake is not enough, then this home also includes:
• Tiles throughout, except for the bedrooms.
• A great outdoor entertaining area
• Walking distance to shops and cafes.
• Induction stovetop in a spacious modern kitchen.
• NBN HFC internet.
• Solar hot water
• Plenty of storage space.

The housemates are friendly, easy-going respectful, and not party-goers.
While not party-goers, we like to try and get together for drinks and food; bring on the BBQ or even a boardgame!

The housemates living here are all 30+, but younger/older are more than welcome.

Cats and house trained clean dogs considered.

Smoking must be outside, as per the lease agreement.

The room (4.7m x 3.4m) is unfurnished with a spacious wardrobe.

The room is $310 p/wk with four weeks bond and two weeks in advance upon moving in.
We have been contributing $15 p/wk on top of the $310.00 to cover utilities.

A peaceful 5 minute walk through a park to the Q Centre shops.

Buy a kayak or paddleboard, and you could get your exercise every morning over beautiful sunrises.

And did I mention the place is AMAZING!! :)
