- No guests at all allowed.
In general; it’s not a party house and we do respect your privacy as we expect from you as well.
We will be sharing the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and the main balcony.
The apartment is fully furnished with all necessary furniture and equipments.
Bills are included with the rent.

Two weeks bond and first two weeks rent are required to move in.
