Hi everyone, we have a room available for sublease, from now until December 12th (flexible) in Southport.
* 10 min walk from Nerang tram station
* 4 x 3.3m room with ensuite, wardrobe, and balcony
* road parking
* $265 per week plus $20 in bills
* Comes with a bed and side tables
You will be living with three girls in their 20s, all professionals - 2 nurses, and one teacher, all from NZ.
We are driven individuals who love being active, going to the beach, and value a healthy lifestyle. We are looking for someone similar, who is respectful and tidy, (not a part flat) to fit in for the next couple of months.
