Raffles on Capri complex on the Isle of Capri is a lovely place to live, it has a very large pool, sauna,spa,media facility, library and gym and feels like your on holiday all year round.
It is 20mins walk to Surfers Paradise beach and centre, 5mins drive to Pacific fair, 15 mins walk to tram and there is a bus stop both sides of Salerno st right outside the complex. There are 2 local shopping centres each end of Salerno st 10 mins walk away that has a Harris farm and several restaurants, home bakery, BWS, post office, chemist, doctors, dentist etc.
The complex is well maintained by an onsite manager, it is also gated and secure.
The room has 2 large wardrobes with storage under stairs, it is on the ground floor with your bathroom next door. Laundry, kitchen and lounge are also on the ground floor.
I have the head lease with the landlord, you will be required to sign a sub lease with me. I am looking for a person that is wanting a 6mth/12mth lease and is 25+
