Beautiful house on the water canals of Isle of Capri, only a couple of minutes drive from the heart of Surfers Paradise.

1 UNFURNISHED room for rent, queen size room with built-ins, ceiling fan, block out curtains, and timber floors. Share bathroom with one other person.
Rent includes free WiFi and water, contribute to electricity only.

The main house has a large lounge-room, dining room, large fully equipped kitchen and 2 separate outdoor entertaining areas with jetty and swimming pool, plenty of space for privacy.

The house is located on a dead-end street, so residents only, it's fully fenced in property for security and plenty of free street parking.

3 fridges, 2 freezers and plenty of pantry space.
The house is fully equiped and furnished, so we ask that respect is given with using everything. Space available only for a pushbike, electric bike, surfboard, there is no room for additional living area furnishing etc, only space for your bedroom furniture.
