Good size backyard with a small sheltered area great for hosting drinks or looking at the stars! Generous living area with an open plan, fully equipped kitchen and dining space. The lounge room has a large tv with all streaming services and very comfy couch. Large windows through the home allowing natural morning and afternoon light to find its way in. Separate laundry and toilet from main bathroom.

8 minutes drive to varsity train station. 5 minute drive to the local shops at treetops shopping centre. 15 minutes drive (depending on traffic) to Broadbeach. 10 minutes drive to the heart of Burleigh! Plenty of parking just outside the house. Local parks minutes away and walking trails found around the area.

Hey I’m Riley! I’m 24 and born and raised on the Gold Coast! I work as an events manager and love every bit of it! I work random hours that change up every roster so sometimes it’ll be all days sometimes all nights! My interests include a lot of things really. I love collecting and looking after house plants, reading, painting, cooking and baking, brunch dates and soaking up the sun whether it’s in my backyard or at the beach! I also love live music and festivals. Going for drinks with friends or hosting dinner parties at home! I like to keep my space tidy with a weekly deep clean but I’m not overly fussed if it’s missed, people get busy!

The successful roomie will need to be happy living with 2 cats. George has anxiety and tends to pee in the bathtub but Frankie is super friendly and loving. I would recommend keeping your door closed when you’re not in your room to avoid them making any mess.
Description of pets
I have 2 cats in the house. The oldest and friendliest is Frankie who loves a cuddle and chin scratch! He’ll come say hello whenever you get home and doesn’t understand what not walking in front of your feet is. The youngest, George, is very shy and has anxiety. At first you won’t see much of him as he’s a very timid little boy who will take time for him to warm up to you. Once he does though, be sure to give him a good belly scratch! He is also big on voicing his opinion
