It’s a quiet and really clean home. The apartment has a really nice pool and gym which you will have access to. The complex also offers a BBQ facility which you can use.
This is not a party home but always welcome having friends over.
The apartment is great for students who study at bond. Which is 10 min on foot. They are currently building a Coles right next to the complex, so plenty of shopping opportunities.
Other then that there is an Aldi and IGA close (20 min to walk to Aldi, 10 min to walk to IGA).
