The house itself is a 3 level townhouse surrounded by beautiful parks, lakes and walking tracks.
Modern kitchen, multiple balconies through the house and a good sized back yard. The house will come furnished with the exception of the available room, just move in with your bedroom stuff and you are good to go. If you have other belongings you are welcome to bring them along, there is also a large storage room downstairs. Conveniently located a short stroll to local cafes, restaurants and lake foreshore. 5 mins from Robina town centre, 12 minutes to the beautiful beaches of Mermaid, Nobbys and Burleigh.
