Hi , I live on 35 acres with old but comfortable house. Looking for female house mate. I work away on 2week on 1week off roster and have my old cattle dog here I need looked after. That's why rents negotiable and no bills I'm really after responsible house sitter more than expense sharer. I would like person to no they enjoy living in rural setting ,it's only 5mins from singelton city centre but is quite secluded. Which is great if your into that but not for everyone. Could be good for horse lover there's ok paddocks here that could be used for horses at no cost. Any thing goes as far as living here goes really as long as house is kept normal and my dogs cared for , I'm having holidays for month atm and not in a rush it could take me few months to find right person I don't mind. I have an old cattle dog. His pretty easy to walk you just do lap of the property and he goes about his buisness. Likes to chill apart from that. His a good guard dog and gill protect who's here. I put no other pets just because I'm asking flatmate to look after him while I'm away and I don't want to worry bout him having problems with other dogs while I'm away. There is plenty of room here for other dogs if they were relaxed it's a possibility flatmate could have pet
