Heya! I'm Frank, the owner and currently, the sole occupant of the home, along with Pele, a 4year old Kelpie X. I'm a retired businessman and along with Pele, spend a lot of my time on the local beaches.
Compatible people
This property will be ideal for a young, ambitious professional person (shiftworker acceptable). I'm hoping you're a quiet, clean, tidy and private person who has been COVID vaccinated. I hope you can cope with a friendly and clean puppy who is allowed inside the house. If you cook your meals, I expect that you will clean the kitchen and appliances....and comply with commonplace hygiene standards. Kitchen to be closed by 9:30pm to reduce inconvenience to other housedwellers.
Description of pets
Pele is a 4year old Kelpie X. She's protective of our home, but will respond enthusiastically if you display warmth and friendliness towards her. She's an inside dog and is kept clean. I ask boarders not to feed her, as she, like all puppies, will develop a begging habit and start begging for food from you incessantly! At no time is she offered food from the table or anywhere else other than her feeding dish. You are entitled and encouraged not to allow her into your bedroom suite area and she will comply.
