I've lived here coming up 3 years, and I couldn't be happier with the location, it's close to local shops, the eastern freeway and the train station is on the same street with a 19 minute train to Flinders Street.
There's a bus stop, 7-11 and cafes around the corner and best of all there is a football oval/dog park with a walking track along the Yarra river.
The unit is in on a gated property with secure off street parking (always free as I don't drive), has a private courtyard, and the streets are relatively quiet for how close it is to the city.
It's fully furnished with all essentials, including TV with Chromecast in the living room, wifi, washin machine, outdoor setting and a barbeque.
The bedroom itself has built in cupboards along one wall, a very large window with lots of natural light, space for a queen size bed and desk and an optional couch and portable air conditioner for summer.

I myself live a very minimal lifestyle and am very easy going, lived in many share houses so will do my best to keep things stress free. Mindful of personal space but also up for a night of tv, board games or just hanging out.
Full disclosure I am recovering from an accident and spend the majority of my time at home for now. I spend most of my time painting, reading or walking Indi. Enjoy a good TV series and watching the footy over the weekend.
I was studying music and working at Dan Murphy's part time but both have had to be put on hold, though I will be studying a couple subjects online this semester as a trial.
Indi is a 9 year old Kelpie that is very friendly and loves people/attention and is very obedient.
