- lots of restaurants and shops up Sunshine.
- 1 minute away from ring road free way
- 2 minutes walk to costco shopping Center
- 80 km bike trail and soccer field 3 minutes walk and many more park in the area. Etc …

FYI
- Definitely not a Party house.
- if you have a bad habits stay away.

I am a traffic controler and part time Uber driver. I am very proactive and works most of the days. I don’t drink or smoke I don’t party either. I am easy going drama free person. If I’m not working then I’m working out in the gym or riding my bicycle.. which something I love to do. I also like spending time with my partner. She is a sweet heart and get along with everyone in the house. My partner doesn’t live with me but she sleep over some nights. Her and I have a busy schedule so we won’t be on your way all the time.
