The apartment is located on a busy strip with off street parking. Walking distance to Cole’s, Woolworths, gym, chemist warehouse, cafes, restaurants, everything is honestly a super short walk away. There is the Sandringham line about 3 minutes away as well as trams that go down the street. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The apartment is already set up with everything you need (washing machine, coffee machine, air fryer, fridge, tv, microwave etc)

You will have the largest room in the apartment with a nice view from a large window. The room is 4.5x5 with built in robes. The room can come with a queen size bed but it is optional. Everything else you will need to furnish on your own.
