Walking distance to Ripponlea Station (10mins), 67 tram stop (6mins), St. Kilda Botanical Gardens and in walking distance to both Elwood and St. Kilda areas..
Apartment is fully furnished, except for your room.
- Your room can fit a queen bed and has built in cupboards (with a mirror on one side). It has lovely light throughout the day.
- Both bedrooms lead onto the front courtyard, where there is a lovely large couch to enjoy the afternoon sunshine. All areas are fully secured.
- The other courtyard is accessible from the kitchen.
- Older-style apartment in a block of 9.
- Bathroom is small/compact. Shower over half bath, with washing machine next to it :-)

Bond is $955.55 + plus first month's rent -$955.55 is required before moving in.

I am a full-time program manager who works from home 2 days a week and in the office the rest.
I enjoy the community markets, visiting friends, or getting out of Melbourne for a weekend away.
Weeknights are low-key. Happy to share a drink and chat about each other’s day, and watch a movie/TV series, but I also understand the need for quiet/alone time. And with two fairly large courtyards, I’m sure we will have the best of both worlds..
Above all, I am looking for a chilled, clean, respectful and friendly housemate.
*Not a party household*
Hope to hear from you soon 😊
His name is Pepper, and he is super friendly,
barely barks - unless he can't see you and is outside. He still has his puppy moments but can be very chilled (loves a belly and or chest rub), and knows a few commands (feel free to teach him more)! 😊
I can’t seem to toggle off the pets part on my profile, but no cats sorry - I’m allergic unfortunately.
