Bottom level has garage and carport, half bathroom, laundry with washer and dryer, a study nook and the lovely outdoor patio with plants and a big bbq. Middle level is a big open plan level with a large kitchen, dining room with a table that seats 6 and lounge room with 65" TV, this level also has a balcony that looks out to the river and towards Melbourne CBD (Beautiful at night time). Top level are the bedrooms, there is a master room and ensuite (currently mine, more $$ but up to negotiate especially for couples) and two other bedrooms with a shared large bathroom with shower over bath,

I have a car and my current housemate and I just leave our keys communally to swap around if we have parked the other in, there are also visitor parking spots if you're lucky enough to grab one.

Hey I'm Rachel the current occupier of the house. I've lived in share houses since I was 18, I'm now almost 30 (Eeek). I am a hairdresser and makeup artist and love doing creative things. Recently I've really gotten into owning plants so starting to build a happy plant collection inside and outside too. I love to cook for other people but not always bothered if it's just myself. I love Iced coffee and currently loving Gin so would love to sit and get to know you over a cold bev (I don't judge if you like your coffee hot). I value quiet tv time after long days too and have loved watching shows with my housemate in the past.
