Please note this is a lease transfer and you would split lease transfer fee with myself; approx $125 each but can negotiate.

Bills - not included in the rent, would split 50/50 with housemate for internet, electricity (monthly), gas (bimonthly) and water (quarterly). Currently in my name, happy to transfer to you or housemate.
