We have a furnished room available (only bed and clothe rack) in our Brunswick home from December 1st - end of January. Measuring at 3.4m x 4m, can fit a wardrobe/clothes rack, desk, drawers etc!
Rent is $1032 per month and is to be paid on the 28th of each month with bills and shared item expenses split evenly. Bond is $925. Opportunity to take on the lease once it turns over too!
The house is a spacious 4 bedroom with a front veranda, separate laundry, great outdoor sheltered space and a shed.
Large backyard and veggie patch and fruiting trees!
2x toilets and one shower. Heating/cooling in the living dining area.
We are a house-proud bunch and love to keep these beautiful spaces neat, so if you’re fond of gardening this is the place for you!
We are smack bang between Sydney Rd and Lygon St, between both 1/6 and 19 tram lines, and short walk to Jewel or Brunswick St. Unsheltered driveway that is currently unused and can home a small vehicle.

Can often be found refreshing events on Tixel or desperately tending to her (previously neglected) gardenia plant, in the hopes it might flower again.
When not working, she loves pouring op shop racks in nearby suburbs, in the hopes of sniffing out a steal, and sharing time with friends over a drink or meal.
Juan (he/him), 30, part time motion designer who is studying 3D/animation full time. Emma’s bf. Smart cookie who loves a beer and chat in the backyard sun.
He is often kept busy with work and studies but when he’s free he loves being out and about on the bike, spending time with like-minded people, or having a shared meal at our comfy home.
David (he/him), 30, UX/UI designer and a sports enthusiast with a love for football. Stays active by cycling, running, and going to the gym. A dad of two lovely cats, Pola and Porro. On weekends, he’s always ready for some outdoor fun and a good beer.
What we’re looking for:
We are looking for someone between the ages of 25-35 who works/studies with steady income. Someone who is willing to be a part of the household is important to us; we want community, not just housemates.
No pets, the girls are enough for us.
Of course, being clean and share house trained is a must but beyond that we are looking for people who have initiative when it comes to keeping this place nice!
Willing to be a part of a regular cleaning schedule is a MUST, we want to keep this place as comfy and gorgeous as possible.
