Home Description
Description of the home
Unit in quiet block with friendly neighbours.
The location is magnificent. A short walk to 2 train stations, 2 tram lines, the Upfield bike path, buses running east/west. Close to Brunswick's best bars and eateries, including the Bennett's Lane Jazz Club, Post Office Hotel, Tempo Rubato, Los Hermanos, Edinburgh Castle Hotel, Post Office Hotel, and endless streets and laneways to explore filled with local, independently-owned creators like Foreigner Brewery.
There is a large internet-enabled TV, you can add your subscriptions to.
The house is a bit older (1970s?) but is on a concrete slab which makes it much warmer than even older homes with wooden floorboards. There is a portable radiator heater for the bedrooms, and split-system heating/cooling for the shared rooms.
The kitchen is compact but has electric oven/stove, fridge/freezer.
Bathroom has shower over bath with one separate, shared toilet.
Courtyard is small but includes a clothes line and there are portable clothes racks inside. Clothes washing machine available inside.
There is unlimited parking available on the street. There is a small offstreet car park, it will only fit hatchback sized vehicles.
For cyclists, bikes can be stored inside in the lounge room.
