About occupants
I have lived in the area for over 20 years. I've lived in this home for a year and everything you need is at your doorstep but you're in a very quiet street. I work for the Victorian Government and I commute into the city a few days a week on my bike (which takes a very easy 20 mins) and work from home 1 or 2 days. I go to the gym around the corner most days of the week where everyone is super friendly. I love to try and grow things in our garden and I'm working on improving my sewing skills in spare time. We are also putting together a team for my friend's drag trivia every second Tuesday at the pub around the corner, which would be great to include the new housemate in!
Compatible people
I'm clean but not uptight and pretty flexible if you are looking for short term. I like going out and socialising but gone are the days of bringing the party back to the house (thank god I really suffer with hangovers these days!)
Description of pets
Peggy is my 11 year old pug who manages to charm everyone she meets. She's very affectionate and may want to sleep on your bed but is also fine to be told no. Be warned that pugs drop a lot of hair so the noise of the dyson is a daily occurrence.
