Hey lovely people! ✨
We've got a gorgeous room available in our Brunswick pad (Beith Street, between Sydney Rd and Lygon St – super close to the 19 tram, and a short walk to Brunswick station) from April 9th (flexible to April 1st).
It's a 3-bedroom house with concrete floors, exposed brick (keeps it cool!) and a massive stone bench in the open kitchen/living area – perfect for cooking and hangs! The room itself is downstairs, easily fits a queen bed and has a huge built-in wardrobe. You'd be sharing a bright bathroom with a double basin and bathtub with Jarryd (he/him). We also have a cute, sunny courtyard and there is street parking available.
Rent is $1081/month (plus bond of the same amount), and bills are split three ways (not too pricey!). We're looking for someone who's social, respectful, clean and keen for some fun housemate vibes – think Drag Race nights, dinner parties and good chats. A safe and welcoming space for all is super important to us!
