It features a decorative fireplace, high ceilings and comes with freestanding wardrobes with drawers. There is room for a queen size bed, 2 bedside tables a desk and some extra shelving.

This cute freestanding 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is located in the BEST location (I’m not just biased I promise) in Brunswick East. It’s a 30 second walk away from bustling Lygon st (via the iconic landmark Nico’s Sandwich), but still tucked away in a quiet street.

The house is a 2 minute walk from the tram stop, where the number 1 and 6 trams scoot along, and it is extremely close to every bar, cafe, pub and restaurant you could ever dream of like Bahama Gold, Beast Burgers, Bar Idda, Teller and more.

The house has a lot of charm with floorboards, very high ceilings, plants galore and artwork. It is fully furnished, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, aircon, gas heating, TV and a Nintendo Switch you’d be welcome to use as well 🎮. It also is made complete with a little senior Toy Poodle x Australian Terrier (Chilli) and a 2 year old blue Burmese cat (Indigo).

The house also has a lovely sunny backyard with a small deck for all the summertime yaps and Aperol Spritz’s 🍹

On street parking is available, but you must have a permit which is around $150 per year.
