#96 Tram down Nicholson 2-3 min walk away (part of the night tram network). #1 & 6 trams down Lygon at the other end of the street - 10-15 min walk. So the trams are nice and close, but you can't hear them at night.
Close to cafes, restaurants, and all that Brunswick has to offer! Nice pub on the corner.

I enjoy cooking, hanging out for some social time as a household, but are also respectful of alone time.
I also like dinner parties & games nights with friends so there's occassionally social activity in the house.
Keeping communal areas clean and tidy for each other (within reason).

Being considerate of each others work schedules and sleep schedules.
As with all CKCS's they are ridiculously affectionate, love to be around people and will happily sit in the same room as you for hours, next to you on the couch, on your lap if that's your thing, or outside as required.
