You’re bedroom is the largest in the house (3.5x4.5m), it is carpeted and fully furnished with a desk, storage space, and queen bed. There is a large west-facing window which has amazing afternoon sun, particularly in the warmer months. Outside of the room is a second kitchen which we used as a storage room/walk in wardrobe. There is a toilet just outside the room near the laundry fir you to use.

A large 3 bedroom home in Bulleen with separate living, dining, and breakfast spaces upstairs and a study area and rumpus room (currently a second living and table tennis room) downstairs. There is one shared shower and bath, two separate toilets, a washing machine, and dishwasher. A huge north-facing backyard with a lovely undercover garden cove space. The house is fully furnished, bright, and homey and is located a two minute walk from Bulleen plaza where there is a coles, chemist, gym, bank etc. There is on street parking and you will be given a parking permit.

Description of pets
Cypress is Tom and El’s staffy and he is very well trained and good natured. He warms up to people very quickly, especially if they feed him carrots and give him lots of pats.
