Its just me and my cat here at the moment.
Its a decent sized 2 bedroom unit with ducted heating and air conditioning, a dishwasher, hardwood floors, decent sized bedrooms, a courtyard out back with a big plum tree and a very nice kitchen.
The house apart from the second bedroom is fully furnished (fridge, couch, dining table, TV, washing machine and dryer, internet already set up).
Its a very safe area with lots of greenery and located on a service lane so parking is easy.
