Light, bright & spacious, our 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Hawthorn East is minutes via train into the City, a stone throne throw to the park with walking/cycling trails galore.
Our apartment is brand new. It has a large living/dining area, kitchen with dual ovens (though with dozens of restaurants nearby, you’ll likely not need to cook!) separate laundry, large separate bathroom with walk-in shower (shared with 1 other flatmate) and balcony with views, perfect for a glass of wine. There is zoned heating and cooling through the apartment, so you can control your own temp in your room (big plus!).
Your room is fully-furnished with a comfy queen sized bed & bedside tables, built in robe and motorised window furnishings.
The building features an infinity skypool, large gym, rooftop communal BBQ and lounge spaces, private function room, wellbeing studio (great if you are a masseuse/therapist needing a treatment room), bike storage and secure resident and visitor car parking - all located within a 6min walk to Camberwell shopping precinct (3 supermarkets, heaps of restaurants and retail).
Access to and from the city with Auburn or Camberwell train stations and the 75 tram nearby.
You’ll be staying with the two of us - Rob & Geoff - (he/him, gay - two professionals in our 30s) & our very cuddly Labrador, Sherlock (must receive pats and cuddles) - plus our guide dog puppy in training, Pammy who is with us for about a year before she goes to Guide Dog school.
Having hosted dozens of flatmates over the years for short and long-term stays, we like to promote a relaxed, friendly, respectful share household where everyone chips in and enjoys a quality space and some good times together.
We’re always happy to share a meal or drink, but equally respectful of other people’s time and space.

Rob & Geoff: a French-Aussie couple, having lived many years together in Melbourne. Rob works in construction management, and Geoff in Human Resources. We love to travel, exploring new bars and restaurants, and TV binge sessions on the couch. We enjoy entertaining, and there’s always a bottle of wine open to share!

Our dogs are impeccably well trained (yes, everyone says that, but it is true) and you’ll often find them lazing in the sun or cuddling up for pats.
The building is very pet friendly with lots of other four legged residents but unfortunately with our dog/s already, this means we can’t always have other dogs staying with us - though happy to review on a case by case!
