Looking a clean, and chill housemate to fill our spare room. You'll be sharing with myself, F32 and for a short time one other other roomie and his cat, but they are looking to move out in the near future too, so I wont share too much here.

-Tram 75 stop right outside, and about a 40 minute tram ride to the city. Or Tram 70 stop a 3 minute walk away. 30 minute drive.
-Woolworths/Kmart/Chemist and the Camberwell Junction Precinct a 5 minute walk away.

-The Apartment-
1st floor. The apartment complex has a communal BBQ area and also a communal garden, so its quite lush and relaxing out on the blacony. You'll be sharing a bathroom with 1 other.
Big mirrored closest in the room as well as a desk/chair and bedframe can be available, or can be removed if thats preferable.
Carpark available.

-About Me-
We both work alot and are generally a lowkey household, not a party household. Looking for a clean, kind and respectful housemate to match our vibes.
I work in Events and Theatre as a Lighting Designer, and Im currently on tour (but home in a few days), it means I work long and weird hours, but generally like to keep the place tidy, and keep to myself playing video games or reading in my downtime, but am totally onboard for the occasional catchup and/or household dinner.
