Hello. We have one bedroom available in our art deco Carlton north sharehouse. The bedroom is medium size and has terrible carpet, but rent is cheap and the location is great. It’s a 5 bedroom house but there are just 3 of us. We use the 5th bedroom for storage as it’s quite small. Kitchen recently renovated.
We are between 28-41 years old and are looking for a nice chill housemate who is happy doing their own thing but friendly. We like keeping common areas clean but aren’t super uptight either. The bedroom is unfurnished and has a built in wardrobe. Plenty of space for a double bed and desk etc.
