Description of the home
Cute little home in Carlton North with a large room available. Close to everything, The house is small so it suits busy or quiet people. Either is fine.
I work full time for an NFP, I study part time, and I’m trying to write. I have an old dog and an old cat, and two grown kids off doing their own thing in other places.
I’m new to melbourne and to empty nesting so I’m currently exploring a lot, and trying to fill in all my free time!
I’m happy to share an occasional meal, and I don’t mind your friends and fam over if they’re respectful. I try to get away often in nature so you’ll have the place to yourself at least once a month.
I care about the planet and its inhabitants and hope you do to. I don’t like waste, or noxious smells, or obnoxious television.
The bedroom is fully furnished and there is no parking unfortunately so this will only suit some people. Possibly more suitable for short term, but it depends on you I guess. There is an outhouse I don’t use.
Oh, if you’re a mum and have a bub and you’re in a bad spot, I’ve been there too. Don’t hesitate to get in touch!
