Hi there,

We are looking for two new housemates to join our fabulous two storey terrace house in beautiful North Carlton. There are four bedrooms with the two available rooms being located upstairs. We have a cosy living area and kitchen located on the ground floor, which opens out onto a small and sunny courtyard. There is a shared bathroom located on the first floor and a toilet on the ground floor.

We are well located for getting into the city with both the 96 and 1/6 tram lines in easy walking distances, as well as local buses. We are within 10mins walking distance of green spaces (Edinburgh Gardens and Princes Park), as well as lots of local shops and cafes (we even have one next door!). If you have a car, it is possible to get a permit for on-street parking.

Bills and expenses

Electricity, Gas and water bills are shared equally. Internet is paid with rent and an extra $20 per month each. We have a cleaner who comes monthly, which we all take turns to pay. We also share responsibility for household items.

About occupants
We are two females (27 and 30) who love living in Melbourne's inner north. Emma is a doctor from the UK who is enjoying exploring Melbourne and beyond, making the most of the cities food and drink, and good weather (most of the time!). Malisa is an architect from Perth and enjoys tending to the houses plants, picnics at Edinburgh gardens and is a big fan of wine and cheese nights
