Home Description

Description of the home

The bedroom features built-in robes, floorboards, and plenty of natural light. The room size is 3.7 x 3.1m and is currently unfurnished, but I do have a double bed with mattress and a bedside drawer available if needed.

The location is convenient with easy access to public transport—close to the train station, tram lines, bus routes, and supermarkets. You'll also be near a large park, excellent restaurants, cafés, and community laneways.

The bathroom is fairly modern, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, and various appliances including a rice cooker, pressure cooker, sandwich press, and food processor. The living room has A/C, and the home includes a washer, heat pump dryer, stick vacuum, ironing board, toaster, microwave, and a TV with Netflix and Foxtel.

I’m the only other person living here, and while I appreciate my own space, I’m very respectful of yours as well.

If this sounds like a good fit for you, feel free to reach out, happy to answer any questions!

About the occupants
Hi, I'm 31 and work full-time as an environmental engineer in the city. I'm fairly quiet and easy-going but always up for a chat or watching a movie or TV show together when it suits.

In my free time, I enjoy going for walks, trying new foods, watching movies, and occasionally playing boardgames or video games. I value a clean and tidy space, so I usually cook simple one-pan meals to keep the kitchen mess-free.

I’m very respectful of personal space and understand the need for time alone, as I often need it myself but also am happy to socialise.

If you'd like to add your own touch to the space, whether it’s with plants, art, or anything else you are more than welcome.
