This bedroom is large and has two wardrobe spaces, one built-in and one behind curtains with drawers, enough for two people. There are two desk spaces and other drawer storage, plus two side tables with a lamp. The room has an excellent quality double bed and some linen and doona should you need it. There is a rug on the floor, powerboards and a mirror. The room is fully furnished we will not rent without furniture as we have nowhere to store it. The room faces south and is set well back from the street with a green garden outlook that is private.

Solid brick 3 bedroom period style home in a great location in Carnegie. All internal walls are solid brick so the rooms are very soundproof and quiet. Centrally heated, good hot water, kitchen has all utensils and cookware, 3 fridges and freezer space, with 2 microwaves, plus an AirFryer. The backyard is large for outdoor relaxation and has a barbecue area, also good privacy from neighbours. The front yard has a patio undercover area for outdoor eating set well back from the street so also very private and weatherproof.

There are gyms close by and yoga studios, not to mention parks and ovals, all within walking distance from the house. Koornang Road, now renowned for its choice of eateries is a 10-minute walk away. Chadstone Shopping Center is a 10-minute bus ride and the beach is accessible by the 67 tram. Classic cinema is 15 minutes by tram. Monash Caufield Campus is one train stop, and the Campus has a shuttle bus to Monash Clayton. The house is within walking distance of the Frankston train line or the Dandenong train line or city. 22 minutes to the city. The location is extremely convenient.

Bills and expenses

The rent of $380 per week for a couple and $350 per week for a single, covers all the bills including; gas, electricity, water and 5G internet. Also included in the weekly rent is some cleaning of shared spaces and all the mowing and garden maintenance. You will be responsible for your room, your kitchen dishes and some house cleaning responsibilities.

Hi, I'm Lynette, I work at Monash Law Chambers and also do Support work part-time. I enjoy swimming walking, bike riding, and yoga for exercise, and also enjoy going to the cinema. I try and keep up with current affairs and do my other favorite interest when time permits, photography. Daniel works in a sporting goods store Mon to Sat and relaxes in his small amount of time off. He sometimes goes up to his farm on the weekends to enjoy country life.

Looking for a trustworthy and respectful single person or couple, easy-going, busy but relaxed people who are focused on studying or working full-time. It is a working/study house, no parties or drugs, outdoor smokers ok, friends for barbecues are welcome. A photo I.D. will be required and a Bond. I need to mention no scented candles in the house due to the number of house fires that are caused by them, incense is fine. We have central heating so no other heaters please and electric bikes or scooters are to be kept and charged outside the house, with no exceptions. We can provide outdoor undercover charging if required. Duty of care to others and we put safety first.
Description of pets
Must be ok with cats as we have three. They are all usually asleep during the day and are fairly quiet living like us. They are two females and a male, all short-haired and house-trained. They go outside of their own free will.
