Monash Caufield Campus is one train stop, and the Campus has a shuttle bus to Monash Clayton. The house is within walking distance of the Frankston train line or the Dandenong train line or city. 22 minutes to the city. The location is extremely convenient.

Bills and expenses

The rent of $380 per week for a couple and $350 per week for a single, covers all the bills including; gas, electricity, water and 5G internet. Also included in the weekly rent is some cleaning of shared spaces and all the mowing and garden maintenance. You will be responsible for your room, your kitchen dishes and some house cleaning responsibilities.
