Home Description
Description of the home
It’s a two story 1930s house with two living areas and kitchen downstairs, and three bedrooms and bathroom and toilet upstairs. There’s a laundry with a washing machine and dryer, two fridges, and a shed with a bit of storage space around Zoë’s motorcycle. There’s a medium backyard with a veggie patch. The front yard is pretty cute too with a big apple tree. It’s a bit old and shabby and it’s hot in summer and cold in winter, but it’s really nice and quiet and feels like a lot of space for three people.
It’s a nine minute walk to the train, one minute to a bus, and our local Dirty Apron is the best little café in Melbourne. Merri Creek Trail and heaps of park and bushland is just one street over from us – it’s a pretty glorious location.
Your room is the smallest one with a window facing South. Sorry there aren’t pics of the room but we’re in the process of moving it around so it’s a bit chaotic! There’s a loft bed, wardrobe, desk and chair in the room. But the loft bed can be converted to a normal bed if your prefer :)
