Isaac, Freddie and I are looking to fill a room (rent cycle starting 10/01/25) in Coburg North located right between Sydney Road and Nicholson Street.
The house:
I know it may not look like much but the place has a great vibe, we try to keep her as clean ,welcoming and inviting as possible. We have a home gym set up with everything you need, a decent sized fully equipped kitchen, a DJ booth, we are a 5 minute walk to pentridge shops (nicest cinema you'll go to) and of course we have the lady of the house, Margot (Freddie's 2 year old Vizsla)

Me (Tom, 25) -
I'm a pretty driven guy who has a busy schedule with a full time mon-fri cafe gig, as well as playing and coaching soccer (alot), and going to the gym. But I love my downtime and am always down to hangout and have a chat about anything and everything.
Freddie (28) - English gent from Leeds, a proud dog dad to the lovely Margot, the best Vizsla you've ever met, 2 years into his sponsorship, when he's not working he enjoys taking Margot camping, keeping fit and tearing down the right wing for Keon Park
Isaac (25) -
Isaac is barista from the UK, he is chill vibes and friendly. He works out in the afternoons after shifts and loves going to music events when he can also likes a good coffee and thrifting.
About you:
We're looking for someone who's keen to make the house a home, happy to pitch in with cleaning and day to day maintenance (albeit not too much). If you're into staying active, healthy and like sports bonus points to you (we will be participating in Hyrox next year) someone who's pretty social but also a working professional and is down for the occasional hangout for a few pints at the local We're accepting of all and 420 friendly.
Rent is $823 pcm +bills, looking to do viewings asap.
