Other information
The room is large (3.6m x 4.2m) with built in robes, and South and West facing windows. The house is fully furnished with the exception of the room available for rent, although there is still space for a few furniture items. The spare room is set up with a bed for visitors and has space for two people to work out of it as an office. If you need a second room exclusively to yourself, this can be negotiated.
The main bathroom with the spa bath is yours. I seldom use it as I have an en-suite.

About the occupants
About me, your potential new housemate:
I’m a woman in my late 30s who has recently separated from a long term relationship. Childfree by choice, Neurodiverse and ENM, as are most of the folk I spend time with. I work as a paramedic and university lecturer, usually part time. I live with a chronic illness, although you usually can’t tell. My hobbies include gardening, knitting and preserving food from my garden.
Compatible people
Tidy, considerate, and good at communicating and being flexible when life gets in the way of either of us being the perfect housemate.
Someone who values keeping us both healthy and well by staying on top of your annual vaccinations and taking precautions when you or people around you are unwell.
Unfortunately this house is not suitable for furry friends. Scaley or feathered friends can be considered.
