Description of the home
We are located in Coburg, very close to public transport, shops, and the gym.
Our house is a two-storey townhouse, and the room available is a large room on the ground floor. It has a walk in closet and ensuite attached as well! Ollie and I both live on the second floor, so you would definitely have a little bit of space. The bedroom has large windows and good light coming in from the front yard.
We have a garage spot as well, if you have a car!
This bedroom is unfurnished, though we have furniture throughout the rest of the house. We’re happy to share basically everything, except I must warn you that Ollie is very protective about his $20 Kmart cast iron pan… That being said, if you have existing furniture or interior design suggestions, we are absolutely open to changing things around!
The living area downstairs is big and open, with a good sized (gas) kitchen and a pantry. The house has central AC and ducted heating.
PT is quite good from this location. We are about a 5-10 min walk from both the 19 and the 1 tram lines, as well as around 10 minutes away from the Coburg train station. Furthermore, we’re very near to a gym and Coles and Woolies.

I’m Euan, a partially depressed maths undergrad major with a dependancy on coffee so strong I had to move to Melbourne from Perth. When I’m not regretting my life decisions I enjoy baking, thrifting and cycling the nearby Merri Creek.
The other person in our house is Ollie, and if you thought I was too nerdy don’t worry he ALSO studied math, so we really doubled down on the aesthetic. If you are looking for Ollie you can find him either setting off the fire alarm in the kitchen, or coding so long he can impersonate the hunch back of Notre Dame.
All jokes aside, we are a queer friendly household filled with night owls. We love a good chat and exploring the bar and restaurant scene in Melbourne.
