We are all part of the queer, ENM, and neurodivergent communities and value open and proactive communication around needs, boundaries and goings on around our home. We share cleaning responsibilities evenly among the group, and occasionally share meals. We intend for our home to be a space where friends and partners are welcome to visit, but not a big party house.
We have one medium-sized room available, big enough for a DB/QB and a small desk. The room itself is carpeted with a small built in wardrobe. It has a large, south-facing window equipped with a block-out roller shutter. Opportunity to move into the room with slightly larger wardrobe when Ev moves out.
Shared bathroom, gas cooking and plenty of storage, several spacious living areas, a big garage/gym/games rumpus, two balconies and a back yard with a large paved area and veggie patch.
The house itself is located on a quiet, dead end street in Coburg North. We are a 5 minute walk to Edgar's Creek, 9 minute walk to Coburg Hill Shopping Centre, and an 15 minute walk to the No. 11 tram on Gilbert Rd.
Unfortunately the house is not particularly accessible as the main part of the house is up a large flight of stairs. We already have a cat that doesn't like other animals so sorry no other pets. Prefer over 30yrs old
Lease ends in March, Planning to renew. The old Italian landlord lives next door. It was a problem initially but the realestate and their own family sorted them out for us.

Fox (37, they/them) is an art and sewing gremlin who needs a lot of down time (spoonie) but loves big chats when they have the beans. Watches too much trash tv. Nerd about Health science and how humans work. Currently psyching self up to join a new Muay Thai club.
Nathan (31, they/he) is a fast talker and a big nerd for games of all kinds (comes with a large boardgame collection), loves visiting friends and having them visit. Bouldering and bike riding are his favorite ways to be active, though will often spend the whole day getting cosy indoors.
Ever (Leaving in December and we will likely find another person) (35, they/them) is an ambivert who enjoys both deep conversations and quiet time. At home, they like to drink tea, paint, practice yoga, listen to music or read. Their interests include psychology, philosophy, plants and spirituality.
Sammy (26, She/her) Pretty quiet, and spends most weekends at girlfriends house. Loves video and board games.
We require our house to be a safe place for all members, so communication is a must, both listening to each other and sharing your own needs.
