We’re looking for someone to fill a huge double bedroom in our Collingwood house.
Location:
Is great - 4mins from Smith St and close to Brunswick St, with heaps of brunch spots, vintage shops, bars etc so you can totally embrace the inner north lifestyle.
The house:
Is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need so no need to bring anything except your personal belongings. Room is currently furnished with a bed, chest of drawers etc. This can be removed if you have your own bedroom furniture.
Additional features: ducted heating throughout, split system a/c, modern kitchen with quality stainless appliances, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher and a BBQ.
Unfortunately there are no parking permits left so it might be tricky if you have a car.

We are both foodies and really enjoy cooking and trying out new recipes. We like to entertain friends and host barbecues from time to time. However, our days of hosting wild house parties are sadly over & it's important to us to have a peaceful environment to come home to after work. We like to catch-up with each other about our days over dinner and often unwind with a bit of a Netflix binge.
We really love out little place and try to make sure our house feels like 'home' rather than people just co-existing under one roof. We are looking for someone who is house-trained, and preferably lived out of home before, willing to split cleaning chores etc evenly and can pay bills on time. We have successfully been sharing meals/ cooking for each other weekly (with other housemates too) and would love to continue this!
