Home Description

Description of the home

Looking for a place that's moments away from the beach, Elsternwick's best cafes and rooftop cinema, and public transportation?

I'm on the lookout for a new housemate as a housemate is sadly leaving after a few years to travel and then move in with a friend.

The place is 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom light filled townhouse in Elsternwick with a lovely balcony and a courtyard downstairs (in the available bedroom). While it's 4 bedrooms only 3 are occupied bedrooms.

The place is just off of Glenhuntly Road with Elsternwick station (Sandringham line), trams, parks and the beach just a few steps away. The two-storey place also comes fully furnished and has a parking spot with additional permits for on-street parking.

Ideally looking for a longer term housemate but flexible for the right fit :)

About occupants
You will be sharing the house with two others. Lauren is currently working in retail/hospitality in South Melbourne and is an out of this world cook (dinner is never just one course and I have many photos to prove it!) - you can expect desserts/sweets pretty frequently too. Adam is working in a call center, is in a band and really enjoys film. They both enjoy connecting with each other but are also respectful of each other's spaces.
Compatible people
Not too fussed on who you are (friendly on all fronts!) just looking for someone who would be a good housemate, up for a laugh every now and again and respectful of others.
