This unit has a large, brand new kitchen, original (dated) bathroom, spacious living room with lounge seating for 4 and a 6 seater dining table. Separate laundry with washer and dryer, a small outdoor space with large clothesline. There is ample on-street parking (no time limitations) and across the road from Hopetoun Gardens (park). A short 5 min walk to the Glen Huntly Road tram, and Elsternwick Station not far (walk ~ 15 mins or 4 stops on the tram).

Hi there - I'm a single 47 year old female professional that works fairly standard business hours. I have been renting on my own, but with travel plans - I'm keen to share the expenses. Its fully furnished & so I really want someone who is ideally looking for a furnished space (which will suit many but not some!) I love time to just chill out at home but I also have an active social life, so appreciate getting out and about, but also love spending time alone. Looking for the right 'fit'! I would prefer to keep food & cooking separate but would be nice to have someone to cook for every now & then, so someone who is like-minded would be ideal. I try to do beach walks over the weekend as well as the gym after work. I'm both a home-body and someone who likes to get out and about - its all about balance! I typically work from home 1-2 days per week.

I may be 47 but I'm very young at heart - I have friends of all ages (for example - a past flatmate is 15 years younger than me - fast forward 7 years and we're still the best of friends) I love to chill out on the couch and once home I believe in comfort, so pj's are generally ON and I live in ugg boots once through the door!
