I'm looking for someone to take over my roommates' spot in our lovely apartment in Elsternwick. The total rent is $2,129 per month, with a bond of $1,999, which will be split equally. My roommates relocated for work, and I’m hoping to find a new housemate to join the lease, which runs until 23rd June 2025 (likely extendable if we both agree).

-Just a 10-minute walk to the nearest train station, with Chapel St a few stops away by train and the CBD only a 15-minute ride.
-Tram 67 is just a 15-minute walk, and St Kilda Beach is a quick 10-minute bus ride away—perfect for relaxing weekends by the water!
-If you love shopping, Chadstone is only a 20-minute drive, so you’re never too far from anything you need.

The apartment comes with a car spot (it's all yours if you drive since I don’t).
