Hello future housemate,

I am searching for a housemate to occupy their own room in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, 1 car park space*.
Apartment floor plan included in photos.

Current lease ends on the 25/02/2025 with the potential to renew.
You will be need to sign the new lease, if you wish to move in.
