It’s a modern two-story townhouse (2 bed, 2 bath and a balcony) in a fantastic location in Elwood. It’s just minutes away from two great coffee shops, the best bakery in the area, and only a 10-minute walk to the beach.
You will have your own room and bathroom (and a small shared outdoor area). The house is fully furnished, except for your room, so you’ll need to bring your own bed. There’s also access to off-street parking.
I’m looking for a temporary housemate for at least 1 month to 2–3 months, with the potential to extend. The rent is $420/week, which includes all bills (internet, gas, water, and electricity)
